French brand wanted to add step by step instructions on how to use automated external defibrillator and save lives in many public spaces. Since those devices were made mandatory there was a huge need for easy to remember steps.
This gave me an awesome occasion to try my watercolor + Photoshop technique :)

Working steps in Photoshop : from watercolor + adjustment layers + flat colors with hand brushed masks + brushed colors layers + brushed shadows + text
Alternative ending, didn't even try to test the original client's sense of humour :)
First version with most of the steps, required more text and the agency eventually changed the format…
